Creative’s XP LLC is a professional development platform that assists architecture students and emerging professionals in their preparation and pursuit of traditional and alternative career paths. Through professional development events, career planning, and workshops, our participants are empowered to craft a thoughtful game plan to tackle their desired careers head-on.

To empower architectural creatives through career XPloration and professional development strategy, thus supporting the notation that one career path does not fit all. Whether a traditional or alternative design career, we strive to identify a career strategy for each individual’s creative design interests.
Services
Creative’s XP currently offers professional development services in program creation, management, and event facilitation. We also offer student and emerging professional services in career visioning, resumes reviews, and career coaching.
