Owner
Jennifer T. Matthews
Jennifer Taylor Matthews, Associate AIA, Lean Practitioner, is a Medical Planner and Architectural Designer at SS&A Design Collective, as well as the Founder of Creative’s XP LLC. With a portfolio that includes architectural projects for multiple DC Metro healthcare providers and nationwide government entities, Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to her work. In recognition of her contributions to the field, she received Healthcare Design Magazine's 2018 Educator Honor Award for organizing an annual event that introduced architecture students to healthcare design and career opportunities.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Architecture in 2013 from the Tuskegee University Robert R. Taylor School of Architecture and Construction Science. In 2020, she further expanded her expertise by completing the Business Design and Arts Leadership program at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). She has also demonstrated strong leadership within the profession, serving as the 2013-2014 National Vice President of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS) and as President of the Tuskegee Architecture and Construction Alumni Association (TACAA) from 2015 to 2019.
