“As a Facilities Project Manager with the Howard University Architecture and Engineering Department, I was responsible for various projects including deferred maintenance, demolition and renovation projects. I collaborated with stakeholders to deliver projects that aimed to balance first costs, time lines, maintenance requirements, functionality and identity. These experiences set the framework for my client focused design approach.” - Peterson
